Taste Guarantee
Terms and Conditions

  1. Seven Seas Limited (“Seven Seas”) are offering a money back taste guarantee (“Guarantee”) to purchasers of a Qualifying Product (as defined below).  The Guarantee is subject to the below terms and conditions.
  2. The Guarantee is open to purchasers of a Qualifying Product who are residents of the UK or Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over, except Seven Seas’ employees and their families, and/or anyone professionally connected with the Guarantee.
  3. This Guarantee applies to any Haliborange Softies’ product, subject to availability (“Qualifying Product”).  It entitles customers who have purchased a Qualifying Product to claim a refund of the purchase price of the product if they are not fully satisfied with the taste. To qualify, only 10 Softies or less may be consumed and this Guarantee is available to only one Qualifying Product per household.
  4. To apply for a full refund of the purchase price, please return the outer packaging (including at least 20 Softies and the lid with the Taste Guarantee sticker), an itemised till receipt showing your purchase of the Qualifying Product (dated within the previous 30 days), your name and address, and a no greater than 15 word explanation of why you are not satisfied with the Qualifying Product.
  5. Returns in the UK should be sent FAO Haliborange Taste Guarantee, Lamberts Healthcare Limited, Unit 1, Century Place, Lamberts Road, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3BR within 30 days of purchase.  Postage and packaging not included.  Returns in Ireland should be sent FAO Haliborange Taste Guarantee, Brandshapers Ltd, Ballytramon Business Park, Ardcavan, Castlebridge, Wexford.
  6. Till receipts will not be returned.  You will receive a cheque made payable to the name stated on the application, refunding the cost of the product as shown on the receipt.
  7. If the Qualifying Product was purchased on a 3 for 2 offer the total purchase value will be divided by 3 to calculate the refund amount.
  8. Please allow 30 days for receipt of the refund cheque.
  9. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.  No responsibility can be accepted by Seven Seas for returns which have been lost, damaged or delayed by post.  Photocopied, defaced or illegible returns will deem the claim under the Guarantee invalid and will not be processed.
  10. This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
